I have been on this Green Coffee Extract for about 2 months and have lost over 16 lbs with NO change to my diet and NO excercise routine. I am contemplating speeding up the process with a gym routine but as of now, my only exercise to is remember to take the pill 30 minutes prior to eating.

My wife bought the first bottle last month and I started taking it. After reading some of the reviews I wasn’t sure how it would work. This brand has 800mg or double the strength of most other brands. After 20 days I lost 7 pounds and my belt now requires me to use the next catch. I did not notice any strange side effects, no jitters,no strange tastes, no indigestion. I just took 1 pill about 30 minutes before a meal and did not adjust my diet or make any lifestyle changes. Last week I ordered another bottle and hope to continue losing pounds and inches.

I have used a lot of products to lose weight including the expensive Herbalife’s milshakes and its tablets, because I have hypothyroid condition with no results.. I mean I am not Hypo entirely but sub-clinical hypo. It means I have to use medication to keep regulating it in order to control my weight.
Everybody who got Hypo knows HOW HARD is to lose just one miserable pound and all the sacrifices you have to do. I am not entirely overweight but I did gain 12 pounds in less than one year eating nothing. 5.9″ and 178lbs.. so I should have 159lbs according with my doctor instead since I am always been slim … The last thing I tried was “canary food” which is odd and the green tea and all I can see is that those products just cut up a bit ur hungry for a while.. However, this green coffee not only control my hunger but also BURN MY FAT OUT!.. I lost 1 pound and a half and I haven’t completed my first week. It really works.. The big problem is to burn out the fat and most products out there are based to restrain your appetite but it only works temporarily. Hey I like to eat.. so this product is simply perfect…. I strongly recommend it.
